Craig was extremely patient during our test drive, and allowed me scope to really spend some time to get to know the vehicle. Craig's sales approach I found to be immediately refreshingly comfortable, honest and certainly made me feel that he was someone I could trust.

Craig was in constant contact with me during pre-delivery, which I very much appreciated, and have not experienced with the purchase of previous new vehicles. His attention to detail with the vehicle after delivery was exceptional, as his ability to 'read' his customers, understand their particular personal situations, and cater his approach to make the purchaser's experience as positive as it possibly can be.

I am well qualified to rate the outstanding level of service I have received from Craig, as I have purchased many new vehicles, including three prestige cars during my driving life. I have worked in Human services for 26 years, and am confident of choosing worthy people to deal with professionally, and Craig has certainly proven himself consistently throughout this completed purchase. Dear Fred

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to you for the kind and efficient way you assisted me yesterday. It is a big ask to walk in on a busy service centre without an appointment and to get your car repaired within hours. You could easily have fobbed us off with an excuse. Instead you were sympathetic and understanding to the plight of travelers and we appreciated your friendly efficient service.


I can assure you the drive back to the Gold Coast was vastly more pleasant than the trip to Toowoomba. Another bonus was that we could relax and enjoy the splendor of your city's Carnival of Flowers. A BIG thank you.
